Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
